So very elegant. I glad it's been restored and maintained. One thing I wasn't sure about is whether or not it is still a single-family home...Great photo, too!
Elegant really is a good word for this building.
Jacob, the house is used for 'events' these days. It had a short life as a B&B, but it wasn't very successful. Now they use it for wedding receptions, ect.

Gorgeous! Just read your comment. I actually like the idea that it can be rented for events. More people can appreciate it than if it were still someone's home.
All your old house posts are beautiful. I'm glad they've been so well preserved. Those dwellings are a far cry from the mill houses that the workers lived in, aren't they!?
