Honey for sale at the Uptown Market Days.
Creamed honey, also known as whipped honey, honey butter, or spun honey, is a type of crystallized honey that has been processed using temperature controlled methods to create a rich, creamy texture similar to peanut butter.

I am a sucker for those honey bear things. Sort of the way I'm a sucker for animal crackers. Love the photo!

Hi there, just been catching up on your posts that I've missed the last few days, and now I have a huge urge to go and make myself a honey butter sandwich haha! In fact I'm really going to do it!!

I didn't know what it was called, but I like it a lot.

Tomorrow we're going to the Ocala Arts/Crafts fair. And yes, a number of those folks have signs up which say "No Photography." Some have told me it's because people come it, take pictures and then duplicate their designs, paintings, etc.

In a sense, I don't blame the vendors.

Love the honey bears. They are art-worthy! Have you seen artist Jayne Morgan's Honey Bears? So cute!
