The Powerhouse

*****
The powerhouse at the Eagle & Phenix mill. Water from the Chattahoochee river is being diverted through the powerhouse during the restoration project. Planners for the restoration, hope that an entrepeneur will turn the upper level of the powerhouse into a restaurant.

This sounds very exciting. I hope all goes well for the restoration and that an appropriate entrepreneur is found for the location.

How do you feel about the restaurant idea? It sounds good to me but I know nothing about the place or the area.

That whole restoration thing is huge and complicated, right? But it should be wonderful when done, right?

That is a wonderful old red brick building... a restaurant upstairs... splendid idea!

That would be a perfect spot for a riverside restaurant.

A restaurant would be cool I suppose, anything would do to save old buildings...

Yes, that would be a perfect spot for a restaurant with a river view. Splendid! - Were they able to fix the walkway in time for the marathon?
