An exploration of the Chattahoochee Valley through the camera lens. The tri-city community consists of Phenix City, Alabama; Columbus, Georgia; and Fort Benning, Georgia. I hope you enjoy your visit.
It does look vintage but even if it isn't it is great!
Either way, it is a wonderful sign! Thanks for your contribution to signs, signs.
it's a great sign! i like it that somebody wanted his/her Exit sign in stained glass.:p
We need more of those!
Now that is a very stylish exit sign! A refreshing change from the plain red script and plain white background!
On occasion, as I recall, Minneapolitans had good taste! And I should know, 'cause I was one of them. Not that I had good taste, but...Aw you know what I mean.My first traffic ticket was given to me by a cop on a corner near Nicollet and something...
If it is noreal vintage, it is quite well made!
I wonder if this is a steampunk version of an exit sign? I hope so! But even if it isn't, it is still pretty and they took something ordinary and turned it into art. I'm so glad that you noticed it, Barb, and shared it with us!
That's gorgeous. With a utilitarian sign like this being so beautiful, I am wondering what the rest of the place looked like.
I can see why it caught your eye Barb, not your common everyday exit sign at all!!
The minute the photo started showing up on my screen I use knew it had to be stained glass. Love the sign. So pretty. genie
