County seat of Marion county with approximately 1700 citizens in 2000. Buena Vista is the birthplace of Josh Gibson and Medal of Honor recipient Luther Storey. Pasaquan, created by Eddie Owens Martin is about 4 miles outside of town. I have some shots of Pasaquan here and here.
