Something Smells Fishy

This fountain is at the intersection of Wynnton and Buena Vista roads in the Dinglewood Historic District. One of the nicest of the 'vintage' fountains in Columbus, the Sarling Fountain was given to the city of Columbus in 1929 as a memorial to Lenora Sarling. The fountain is made of Carrara marble.

This I like a lot ... it's functional and humorous - fun to look at. A nice gift to the city!
