The Blue Window

Covered windows at the old Swift Mills building. Not sure why the windows would have been blacked out as they are at least 30 feet above street level. Maybe they were protecting trade secrets, but we will never know. Happy Friday everybody.

Maybe to keep out the sun! Prolly was hot in there in spite of the small ac unit. Great capture!

Perhaps they were storing something in the old building and they didn't want the sun to fade it. Who knows, that's a mystery you might solve and let us know.

Artsy photo! I like. That is a good question; I've seen painted windows on lots of industrial buildings...maybe to keep out the light for some reason?
