Labor Dayflower Blues

My best guess of the family of this little blue beauty is as a member of the Spiderwort family. Based on the color, maybe an Asiatic Dayflower. The shape of the sepals is right, as are the leaves and height (1-3 inches) of the stem. We also appear to have the right number of stamens. However, I could not find any information about the water droplet.
From the Department of Labor website: Labor Day, the first Monday in September, is a creation of the labor movement and is dedicated to the social and economic achievements of American workers. It constitutes a yearly national tribute to the contributions workers have made to the strength, prosperity, and well-being of our country.

And I thought Americans celebrated Labor Day on May 1 too.

Lovely shade of blue for this delicate-looking flower.
