Hot Boiled Peanuts

*****
Personally, I am not a fan of hot, boiled peanuts. Peanuts are supposed to be firm, not soft (read mushy). That's my opinion anyway. Plenty of people like hot, boiled peanuts including my husband and oldest son, so I guess it makes sense to have a booth dedicated to hot, boiled peanuts at the flea market. I do like the sign though. Sort of reminds me of Mr. Peanut.

Boiled peanuts? That's a first for me.

I prefer peanut in the form of peanut butter, and with chocolate bars.

It's a first for me too... I like them plain, just out of their shells...

I feel the same way, Barbara! Give me well-roasted peanuts, not boiled! BTW, some people from the Civil War naval museum in Columbus usually give demonstrations at the Battle of Selma school tours. Thanks for asking about the reenactors.

I prefer them crunchy myself. And William's version.
