A [Feast] of Leftovers

We, like all good Americans have a plethora of leftovers after our Thanksgiving feast. Some of those leftovers were in the form of sourdough bread from my son's MIL. Before it got dried out past the point of no return, I decided to make French Toast for breakfast this morning. Looks pretty good with a sprinkle of pecans and good ol' maple syrup. I hope you spent time with friends and family for a good meal this week. Bon appetit!

I've never had this kind of French toast, but it looks delicious! Glad you had a nice Thanksgiving.

Oh, I love sourdough bread! My parents used to live not far from a bakery that was famous in the province, and they made great sourdough.
