We, like all good Americans have a plethora of leftovers after our Thanksgiving feast. Some of those leftovers were in the form of sourdough bread from my son's MIL. Before it got dried out past the point of no return, I decided to make French Toast for breakfast this morning. Looks pretty good with a sprinkle of pecans and good ol' maple syrup.
